I would NEVER EVER, NEVER RECOMMEND CSPIRE TO ANYONE. Their refusal to correct a situation that they have created is unacceptable. They obviously have too many customers and do not care about their long standing customers. Their advertising is misleading to say the least. They fail to tell you that their service does not work in rural communities. They sell 5G but fail to tell you 5G only works in about 10% of their coverage areas. Why is it in 2023, a MS based company who prides themselves on being MS operated, can not provide service to MS? My phone gets better reception in other states. The majority of the areas I am in, I have no service. The coverage that they sell is nonexistent in my area. Yet they expect me to honor a contract that they refuse to honor. Cspire basically said screw you and your account because this is what we can do for you and that is all. The problem lies with, the others on my account did not purchase MY phone, nor will I ever see that money from them. There are several phones on my account, which by the way has been open for at least 20+ years, and by applying a bill credit, it will credit their monthly bill and not my phone. This is unacceptable! First, it is a breach of contract on Cspire’s part as they will not credit my phone accordingly. As of yesterday, Cspire’s resolution to the problem is to issue a bill credit for $300 which will credit my entire monthly bill.
